The near future. Dream recording has become a reality; as has dream-splicing, the dangerous and illegal process of editing and altering recorded dreams for subconscious playback. A history lecturer named Paul Wheatley becomes involved with an enigmatic dream splicer who calls herself Sarah Tonin, forging a bond which may become his salvation or his damnation…
